The Proposal
Uprise Partners: Comprehensive Managed Services for Scalable Business Growth
Uprise Partners is a forward-thinking technology company that blends managed IT services, software engineering, and digital marketing to empower businesses to scale efficiently. Our goal was to design a website that effectively communicates our diverse range of services, providing potential clients with clear, valuable information without overwhelming them.
Challenge
How can we present our broad spectrum of services in a way that educates potential clients without overwhelming their user experience?
Key Objectives:
- Launch Full Web Design
Develop a complete web design targeting a Q4 2021 release, with separate sites for new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless, mobile-first experience. - Customer Portal Development
Create a platform for existing customers to log in, review tickets, and check status, integrated with a cohesive and user-friendly interface. - CRM Integration for Sales Team
Design a CRM system for the Sales team that integrates smoothly with the website, supporting efficient interactions and maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints. - Branding and Logo Creation
Redesign Uprise Partners' logos and branding to align with the new website and enhance the overall visual identity.
The Solution
To bring this Managed Services and More website to fruition, I collaborated closely with the Director of Marketing, the CEO, and the CTO to document and strategicly align on all the needs the new website had to meet. The site was structured to serve two distinct audiences: new customers and existing clients. A mobile-first approach was adopted to ensure the design was responsive, accessible, and easy to navigate across all devices.
To ensure a speedy delivery, we targeted a MVP launch for October 2021, with plans to iterate and push updates once month as more data and feedback from clients was analyzed.
We created a dedicated portal for existing customers, allowing them to log in, view open tickets, and track the status of their requests. The portal was designed with a user-friendly interface that ensures a smooth and cohesive experience, seamlessly integrating into the broader website. A custom-built CRM system was developed for the Sales team to enhance workflow efficiency and improve customer interactions. The CRM was designed to integrate seamlessly with the new website, ensuring consistency in branding and enabling sales staff to easily manage leads, track engagement, and maintain client relationships. In conjunction with the website overhaul, we re-imagined Uprise Partners’ logos and overall branding to align with the new digital presence. This redesign strengthened the company’s identity, ensuring that the visual elements reflected its forward-thinking, tech-driven approach.

Wireframing and User Journey
After establishing the site’s information architecture, I created a minimalist homepage featuring an engaging nature and science video, accompanied by two targeted CTAs. These directed visitors to tailored pages, transforming a lengthy service list into digestible case studies that illustrate how Uprise has assisted previous clients.

Prototyping and Feedback
To accommodate diverse stakeholder input, I conducted multiple feedback sessions and usability tests using a digital prototype developed in Adobe XD. This approach ensured our design aligned with user expectations and navigational clarity.

Post-Launch Testing and Iteration
Once live, the site evolved based on feedback from the sales team, who gathered insights from clients. This real-time feedback loop facilitated ongoing improvements, allowing us to refine the website and set clear long-term goals.
Conclusions and Improvements
This project was one of my fastest-paced design experiences, requiring daily updates to maintain consistent messaging. While the initial design attracted attention, it ultimately confused some users. To enhance clarity, I proposed separating the CTAs into three distinct categories: Managed Services, Software Engineering, and Digital Marketing. This restructuring simplifies our service offerings, helping potential clients better understand our value.

Outcomes
The comprehensive web redesign, customer portal, CRM integration, and branding update resulted in a cohesive, professional online presence that effectively communicates Uprise Partners' value proposition while improving user engagement and internal efficiency. This solution empowered the company to scale its digital operations and better serve both new and existing clients.
Upon completion, I updated the site with new content and designed graphics for uprisems.com, along with a comprehensive blog Partner Program page. Collaborating with the marketing team, we successfully increased website traffic by 40%.
